Description
You can add less flour to the dough for a delicious crust with a soft filling — perfect for those who prefer a lazier approach. You can choose any type of curd filling: with raisins or dried apricots, etc.
Ingredients
- Curd 5 oz
- Curd 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the curd, curd filling, eggs, and salt. Mix well, adding flour until a non-sticky dough forms that is easy to shape.
Step 2
Heat oil in a frying pan. Shape the pancakes to your desired size. Coat them in flour.
Step 3
For the first 5 minutes of frying, cook on high heat with the lid off, then flip to the other side, cook for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and cover, cooking for another 5–7 minutes.
