- Whole egg 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- 10% cream 20 fl oz
- Corn Starch 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with flour, adding vanillin, chicken eggs, and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Place the pancakes in a skillet greased with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Place the pancakes on a tray in the oven for 12 minutes at 200°C.
Step 4
To prepare the custard, mix the egg yolk with sugar, butter, cream, and lemon juice, adding corn starch.
Step 5
Cook the mixture over low heat until thickened for 6-7 hours.
Step 6
Beat the cooled cream with a mixer or whisk.
Step 7
Garnish the finished dish with powdered sugar and custard.
