Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Fresh Berries to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough for the base — lightly beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the cottage cheese, and mix well. Gradually add the flour and semolina, achieving a dough consistency that prevents the pancakes from spreading. Shape 4 patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make indentations in them for the filling.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: beat the cream cheese with sour cream and sugar. Optionally, you can add citrus zest.
Step 3
Fill the indentations in the pancakes with the filling, placing any berries (frozen ones do not need to be thawed) directly on top of the filling. Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 25 minutes until lightly browned. Be careful not to overbake, or the pancakes will be dry.
