- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 7 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Bitter 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add flour and two tablespoons of powdered sugar to the mashed cottage cheese with eggs, beat well, and refrigerate for a short time.
Step 2
Roll the resulting dough into a thick sausage and cut it into slices 2 cm thick.
Step 3
Fry in well-heated oil on both sides until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and cool.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, gradually adding butter and orange juice, and cook until a thick glaze forms.
Step 5
Cut the cooled cheese pancakes in half, spread one half with glaze, and cover with the other half. Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar.
