Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the carrot and sauté it with 5 g of butter and a small amount of water until all the liquid evaporates, then let it cool.

Step 2

At the same time, finely chop the dried apricot, and mash the cottage cheese, then combine it with half of the flour, part of the sour cream, sugar, egg, dried apricot, and carrot. Mix everything, divide into 3 parts, coat in flour, shape into pancakes, and bake in the oven, pouring sour cream over them beforehand.
