Description
It is better to let them cool before serving — this way the cranberries release a bit of sweetness, and the taste becomes more pleasant. They can be served with sour cream or fruit jam.
Ingredients
- Dry Cottage Cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Buckwheat Flour 1½ tablespoons
- Dried Cranberries to taste
- Vanillin a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the egg, add the cottage cheese, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Finely chop the cranberries and add them to the cheese mixture.
Step 3
Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour and a pinch of vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Form the cheese pancakes from the resulting mixture. This amount of ingredients will yield 7 small pancakes (if making standard-sized pancakes, it will yield 3 pieces).
Step 5
Place the pancakes on a preheated skillet (no need to coat them in anything). Fry for 3–5 minutes on each side.
