Description

Vanilla pairs very well with cheese pancakes: it slightly softens the tanginess of the cottage cheese. But in this recipe, there is another tanginess, from the berries, provided by strawberries. This recipe is inspired by a popular American restaurant.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 15 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
  • Sour Cream 0 oz
  • Strawberry 0 oz
  • Fresh Berries 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, flour, egg, sugar, and vanilla essence.

Step 2

Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 3

Roll the dough into balls, then flatten them with your palms to form pancakes.

Step 4

Place a skillet over heat and heat it well.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 6

Pour vegetable oil into the skillet.

Step 7

Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Step 8

Then send them to the oven for 8 minutes.

Step 9

Place the pancakes on a plate.

Step 10

Slice the berries for garnishing the pancakes.

Step 11

Serve sour cream and sliced berries separately.
