Cheese Pancakes with Banana Filling

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Bananas 1 piece
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Raspberry leaves 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix the cottage cheese mixture thoroughly. Use a blender if necessary.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour (sifted beforehand), baking powder, baking soda, and vanillin. Stir well. Add to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 3
Knead a firm dough. If the dough is too liquid (depending on the cottage cheese), add more flour. The dough should be firm; otherwise, the pancakes will spread while frying! But don’t overdo it with the flour, or the pancakes will be tough. The amount of flour should be just right.
Step 4
Peel the banana and slice it into 0.5 cm rounds. Shape the dough into pancakes, place a piece of banana inside, coat in breadcrumbs (you can substitute with flour if necessary), and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
