Step 1
Thaw the dough at room temperature. I have the dough in bricks with two sheets each, so it's important to separate them before they thaw.
Step 2
Dust the countertop with flour and roll out one piece of dough into an even rectangle.
Step 3
Gently beat the egg with a fork. Brush it over the dough, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, roll it up, and wrap it in plastic wrap before placing it in the freezer for half an hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 390°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 5
After half an hour, take the roll out, slice it, place it on a baking sheet, and put it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
