- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Dried parsnip ½ spoons
- Ground Dried Garlic a pinch
- Cucumbers ½ pieces
- Dijon Mustard ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with a fork in a heatproof bowl.
Step 2
Add the diced cheese and half a tomato.
Step 3
Add garlic powder and herbs. Pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Place in the oven preheated to the maximum temperature for 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with the other half of the tomato, fresh cucumber, and a spoonful of Dijon mustard.
