Ingredients

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until crumbly. Use your hands to form the dough into a uniform mass, shape it into a ball, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm on a cutting board. Use a cookie cutter to cut out hearts. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Keep an eye on the cookies, as they brown quickly and can burn just as fast. Let cool.
