- Starch film 2 spoons
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the Lambert cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the baguette into small cubes. Dissolve the starch in a small amount of water.
Step 2
Pour the wine into a saucepan, add the garlic and sugar, and reduce by half.
Step 3
Mix the cream with the cheese, pour it into a saucepan, and stir well. Gradually add the starch while continuously stirring, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 4
Transfer the cheese mixture to a fondue pot. Serve with tea or white wine.
