Cheese flatbreads in 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Kefir 1 glass
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Sugar ½ spoons
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2 glasses

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add salt, sugar, and baking soda to the kefir and mix well.

Step 2

Add hard cheese and flour. Mix well.

Step 3

Divide the prepared dough into small balls, roll out each ball into a small flatbread (you can fry it as is), and add the filling (I used ham). You can also use a different type of cheese, which is delicious as well. Let your creativity shine! Seal the edges and roll it out slightly.

Step 4

Fry in a preheated skillet with refined oil on both sides over medium heat, covered with a lid.
