  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Quail Egg 5 pieces
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 8 tablespoons
  • Doctor's Sausage 0 oz
  • Marinated cherries 7 pieces
  • Sriracha 1 tablespoon
  • Microgreens to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac a pinch

Finely chop the tomatoes and sausage.
