Cheese flatbread with egg filling
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Quail Egg 5 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 8 tablespoons
- Doctor's Sausage 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 7 pieces
- Sriracha 1 tablespoon
- Microgreens to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sumac a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes and sausage.
Step 2
Crack the chicken eggs into a deep bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and sausage. Mix well.
Step 4
Heat a skillet and place the cheese in it. Set to medium heat.
Step 5
Season with chili pepper.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, flip and remove from heat.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the skillet and pour in the egg mixture. Season with sumac.
Step 8
Add the quail eggs.
Step 9
Spread Sriracha over the cheese.
Step 10
Add microgreens.
Step 11
Top with the scrambled eggs and fold the cheese in half. Done!
