Ingredients
- Canned White Beans 10 oz
- Canned Green Peas 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soft Cheese 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Chopped Parsley 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the beans and green peas and dry them in a colander. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Pour the oil into a saucepan and place it over low heat. Add the beans and peas, then the cheese, and gently stir with a spoon.
Step 3
Then add the parmesan and parsley, cook for a couple more minutes, stirring gently to avoid turning the mixture into mush. If the liquid evaporates quickly, add a little water to prevent the mixture from burning. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
