Ingredients

  • Boiling water 10 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
  • Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Spices to taste
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the water together with the vegetable oil.

Step 2

Remove the water from the heat and immediately pour it over the flour placed in a deep bowl. First, mix the flour with a spoonful of water, then knead it to the desired consistency with your hands.

Step 3

Let the dough cool and prepare the filling. For quick cooling, you can use the refrigerator, but it's better to let it cool at room temperature.

Step 4

Mix the eggs, sour cream, and mustard. Then add the grated cheese and spices to taste, and mix everything well.

Step 5

Divide the cooled dough into 10–12 equal parts, and roll each into a thin, even circle. Then fry each circle in a pan for 15 seconds on each side.

Step 6

Assemble the cake. Place parchment paper in a baking dish and put the first circle down. Spread the filling on it, then layer sliced ham on top. Continue with the next layer of dough, filling, and so on with all the layers. Brush the top with filling and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 7

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 320°F for 20–25 minutes.
