- Fermented Milk 5 fl oz
- Farmers cheese 5 oz
- Beef tongue 10 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White bread 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill and toast the sliced bread until characteristic grill marks appear.
Step 2
Place the pâté in a small bowl, set it on a plate, and arrange the toasted bread around it.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the bowl. Add the sour milk, finely chopped boiled tongue, and finely chopped cucumbers. Mix everything well, then season with salt and pepper to taste and blend with an immersion blender until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
