- Quail Egg 2 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 tablespoons
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat oil in a small skillet and add the eggs.
Step 2
Break the yolks with a fork, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and cover with a lid.

After 3 minutes, transfer the scrambled eggs to a bowl.

Cover with a lid to prevent cooling.

Place cheese on a dry heated skillet.

Season with herbs. Heat over medium heat.
