- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Pitted olives 12 pieces
- Chopped almonds 12 pieces
- Dill 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the crab meat on a fine grater. Place an almond in each olive.
Step 2
Grate the cheese and eggs on a coarse grater, chop the garlic, mix with mayonnaise, and combine.
Step 3
Form balls from the resulting mixture, placing an olive in each.
Step 4
Coat the balls in grated crab meat and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 5
When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill.
