- Champignons 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Milk 2 spoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the butter in a saucepan and melt it for 30 seconds. Add finely chopped onion and mushrooms, cover with a lid, and microwave on high power for 3 minutes (stir once).
Step 2
Beat the eggs, milk, half of the specified amount of grated cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper together, then pour everything into a saucepan. Cover loosely with a lid and microwave on medium power for 3 minutes, until the omelet has set. Sprinkle the finished omelet with the remaining cheese.
