  • Egg white 4 pieces
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
  • Parsley to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whip the egg whites, gradually adding the grated cheese.

Step 2

Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Form small balls. Roll them in flour and fry in heated oil (deep-fry). When the balls increase in size, remove them with a slotted spoon from the pan.

Step 4

Dry them slightly.

Step 5

Serve on a warmed plate, garnished with parsley.
