- Ground coriander 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the oyster mushrooms, completely removing any sand.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Add the chopped oyster mushrooms and fry them for five minutes.
Step 3
Add the white wine to the skillet and simmer over medium heat for another 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the spices and herbs.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and tarragon leaves.
