Champagne Jelly Shots
Ingredients
- Sugar to taste
- Dry Champagne 15 fl oz
- Gelatin 3 pieces
- Pastry decorations to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, mix 300 ml of champagne with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 packets of gelatin.
Step 2
Let it sit for 2 minutes to allow the gelatin to soften.
Step 3
Place the saucepan over low heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the remaining 150 ml of champagne.
Step 5
Stir well.
Step 6
Pour the liquid into a loaf pan and place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Step 7
To remove the jelly from the mold, dip the mold in warm water and run a knife along the edges. Then carefully invert the mold.
Step 8
Cut into small squares with a sharp knife.
Step 9
Sprinkle with sugar and decorative sprinkles. Insert festive skewers.
