- Challah 1 piece
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 10 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Dill 6 sprigs
- Courgette ½ piece

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the challah in half lengthwise and spread cream cheese on both inner sides.
Step 3
Layer thin slices of smoked salmon, sprinkle with finely chopped dill, and add thinly sliced cucumber.
Step 4
Close with the second half of the challah.
