Ceviche of Lightly Salted Salmon
Ingredients
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Avocado ½ piece
- Habanero Pepper ½ piece
- Mango ½ piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Courgette ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the chopped cucumber to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the mango and avocado.
Step 3
Add jalapeño flakes and chopped cilantro.
Step 4
Add the zest and juice of the lemon.
Step 5
Add sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Step 6
Cut the salmon, making sure to remove any bones thoroughly.
Step 7
Mix everything well.
Step 8
Transfer everything to a serving dish and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 9
Serve with crackers.
