Ingredients
- Celery stalk 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Cranberry 10 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz

Step 1
Place the cranberries in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, add a good pinch of salt, and pour in a cup of water. Set it over low heat. Cook, stirring, for about twenty minutes, until most of the berries have burst.
Step 2
Slice the celery stalks, arrange them on plates, and drizzle with cranberry sauce. Sprinkle toasted almond halves on top for added aroma and crunch; it's best to toast them shortly before serving. Finally, garnish with finely chopped celery leaves if they are attached to the stalks.
