Celery with Cheese
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Gruyère cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Celery salt 6 pieces

Step 1
Cut the celery stalks 15 cm from the heart. Remove the outer leaves. Rinse well. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the celery hearts, cover, and cook for 1 hour. Remove them with a slotted spoon and let excess water drain.
Step 2
Place the celery in a baking dish, separating each heart with butter, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 355°F until the cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately in the same dish.
