- Celery root 20 oz

- Fresh rosemary 1 piece

- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the celery root into 1 cm thick slices, then into wedges. Sauté in well-heated olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Reduce the heat, add coarsely chopped garlic and rosemary. Sauté over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
When the celery root becomes soft, add the butter, mint, and stir. Keep on the heat. Drain excess oil, season with salt and ground black pepper.
