Step 1
Clean the cauliflower from leaves and divide it into four parts. Boil until semi-cooked and cool in cold water.
Step 2
After that, sauté in olive oil until golden brown and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then place on a plate, add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with truffle oil and garnish with parsley.
