Cauliflower with Jalapeño Peppers

Ingredients
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spanish onions ¼ head
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Cilantro ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast until golden and tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the cauliflower to a bowl and add the finely chopped onion, deseeded and finely chopped pepper, and dressing (see note). Mix well and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
