- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Rinse the cauliflower well and break it into small florets.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the cauliflower, and cook for 3–6 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
Step 3
Drain, leaving a little liquid, and transfer to a bowl. Add the softened butter, parsley, salt, and pepper. Gently mix and serve.
