Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Paprika to taste
- Nutmeg a pinch

Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets and rinse.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the cauliflower over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 3
Mix the cream, salt, paprika, and nutmeg (you can add a little flour) and pour it over the cauliflower.
Step 4
Cover and stew for 10 minutes.
