Cauliflower in Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Dill to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water for 5–7 minutes.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt. Dip each floret in the egg and fry on all sides.
Step 3
Grate the tomatoes, add salt, and cook over medium heat to evaporate excess moisture. Then add pepper and crushed garlic.
Step 4
Layer in a deep dish: cauliflower, then the prepared tomato sauce, then finely chopped herbs (repeat several times). Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
