Description

If you decide to cheat and slice the cauliflower 'into layers', this recipe may not turn out well. If you simply pour this mixture over the cauliflower, it comes out more tender with milk and instead of salt - mineral water.

  • Frozen Cauliflower 20 oz
  • Green Chili Pepper 0 oz
  • Green Onion 0 oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Poshekhonsky Cheese to taste
  • Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the cauliflower until almost cooked.

Step 2

Break into small florets or slice into layers.

Step 3

Make a batter from finely chopped and peeled chili, eggs, cream, and green onions, and add salt.

Step 4

Dip the cauliflower into the batter and fry immediately until a nice crust forms.

Step 5

Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
