- Onion 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower.
Step 2
Sauté the onion with carrot, and optionally add a clove of garlic, then mix with the cauliflower and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 3
For the filling, mix the eggs, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, grated cheese, salt, and pepper well. Pour over the cauliflower and mix again. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
