- 5% Cottage Cheese 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Coconut flour 0 oz
- Frozen Black Currants 5 oz
- Brown Sugar to taste

Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
Step 2
Add the egg, sweetener, and flour. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with frozen berries on top.
Step 4
