Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely shred the carrot into thin strips and sauté with 10 g of butter and a small amount of water until cooked, then add the shredded spinach and sauté for another 5 minutes, after which add the chopped apples and figs, 1/2 of the egg, and mix well.

Step 2
