  • Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
  • Honey 3 tablespoons

Step 1

Peel the carrots and boil them in salted water until tender, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and dry well.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ginger cut into thin strips and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the carrots and honey. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.
