Ingredients
- Turnips 15 oz
- Coriander essential oil 2 teaspoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Green peppercorns ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons

Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into pieces.
Step 2
In a skillet, toast the coriander seeds and peppercorns for 1-2 minutes. Transfer them to a mortar and crush.
Step 3
Place the coriander and pepper mixture into the bowl with the carrots.
Step 4
Mash the garlic with salt, add olive oil, and mix with the carrots and spices.
Step 5
Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes until the carrots are tender.
