- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- White Balsamic Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and finely slice the carrots using a food processor.
Step 2
In a pot, mix the carrots, butter, sugar, orange juice, wine, and vinegar, season with salt, bring to a boil, and simmer uncovered until the liquid evaporates and the carrots are coated in glaze.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle the carrots with parsley.
