Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Cashew Cheese 1 piece
- Dill to taste
- Carrots 6 pieces
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Water 0 fl oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed 1 piece
- Miso Paste 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil ½ tablespoon
- Smoked Paprika ½ tablespoon
- Lemon Juice ½ tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the carrots (do not peel). Place in the oven (390°F) for 1 hour.
Step 2
Grind the nori in a coffee grinder.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Cut the cooked carrots into thin strips and place them in a container with the marinade.
Step 4
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Step 5
Before use, rinse the marinade off the carrots.
Step 6
Spread a thin layer of cashew cheese on the lavash, sprinkle with dill, and evenly distribute the carrot salmon.
Step 7
Roll it up, place it in a bag, and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 8
After that, slice into portions.
