Ingredients

- Carrot 5 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Cottage cheese 0 oz
- Bran 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sweetener to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the peeled carrot on a fine grater, pour in 2 liters of cold water, and soak for 3–4 hours, changing the water every hour.
Step 2
Then squeeze the carrot through cheesecloth, pour in the milk, add 10 g of butter, and simmer.
Step 3
In the prepared carrot mixture, add the yolk mixed with the pureed cottage cheese, as well as the whipped egg white and sweetener, mix everything, place it in a greased mold dusted with bran, and bake. Serve with sour cream.
