
Carrot Patties with Apples

Description
Carrot patties are best served with sour cream.
Ingredients
- Carrot 10 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Apple 1 piece
- Butter to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream to taste
- Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, place it in a pan with melted butter, pour in the milk, and simmer until cooked.
Step 2
Then add the semolina, sugar, and salt.
Step 3
Slightly cool the carrot, add the egg, breadcrumbs, sugar (2 teaspoons), and finely chopped apple (I used a tart green apple). If you have a sweet variety of apple, don't overdo it with the sugar.
Step 4
Mix everything well.
Step 5
Using a wooden spoon or tablespoon, place the mixture in the pan with melted butter: 1 spoon = 1 patty.
Step 6
Fry the carrot patties on both sides.
