- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Turnips 5 pieces
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Cake crumbs 2 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots, wash them, grate them, and place them in a pot. Add the butter and raisins, and simmer until the carrots are soft. Let cool.
Step 2
Prepare the batter from the egg yolks, sour cream, crushed breadcrumbs, salt, sugar, milk, and flour. Whisk the batter and add the carrot mixture. Then fold in the whipped egg whites and cook the pancakes in a greased skillet over medium heat.
