  • Cumin ¼ teaspoon
  • Coriander Seeds ¼ teaspoon
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the spices and carrot. Warm slightly.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of water and simmer the carrot until soft. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 3
