- Chicken Egg ¼ piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Ground Breadcrumbs 5 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the carrots and mash them with cottage cheese.
Step 2
Add eggs, sugar, semolina, milk, salt, and cinnamon to taste. Mix the mass, place it in a greased and breadcrumb-coated pan.
Step 3
Spread the mixture of eggs and sour cream on top, dot with pieces of butter, and bake in the oven.
Step 4
Serve with butter or sour cream.
