- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 teaspoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Beat the sugar, egg, and baking soda. Add the oil.
Step 2
Grate the carrot and lemon zest. Then mix in all the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Place everything in the oven preheated to 355°F for 40 minutes (1 batch), 55 minutes (2 batches).
