  • Miso Paste 2½ tablespoons
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 3 tablespoons
  • Spanish onions 1 piece
  • Sugar ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil ¼ cup
  • Carrot 0 oz

Grate the ginger and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.

Add the miso paste, vinegar, grated carrot, grated white onion, and sugar. Whisk in the oil.
