- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- 10% cream 4 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Pancetta 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, boil the spaghetti and drain the water. While the spaghetti is cooking, whisk the eggs with the cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. Then, sauté the pancetta and garlic in a pan until the pancetta is slightly browned.
Step 2
By this time, the spaghetti should be ready. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, pour in the egg mixture, and mix everything thoroughly. The pasta should absorb the egg mixture. The heat from the spaghetti will ensure the eggs do not remain raw.
Step 3
Simmer for another 10 minutes, then remove from heat, season with salt to taste, and serve.
