- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Ham 10 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Spaghetti 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until fully cooked.
Step 2
While the spaghetti is cooking, pour olive oil into a skillet and sauté the ham and bacon. It's best to cut them into strips about 3 cm by 0.5 cm.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine three eggs, cream, and all the necessary seasonings. Whisk slightly until you achieve a smooth mixture. Add grated cheese and stir.
Step 4
In the skillet with the ham (which is still on the heat) and bacon, add the cooked pasta, stir, and then pour in the cream mixed with the eggs. Mix everything well once more until the spaghetti is completely coated in the cheese and cream.
Step 5
Arrange on plates. You can sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Serve immediately.
